| Scope of Work : | The Spa Director will be responsible for the direction and co-ordination of day-to-day operations of the Spa as well as financial accountability. The Spa Director will ensure that all Six Senses standards are upheld at the Resort in addition to host relations. This will require developing a strong team through effective communications and supervision of the all related areas. |
| Qualification : | • Minimum 5 years experience in Spa Management • Strong wellness background and has passion for Wellness • Strong Management and commercial skills • Possess Holistic view on Health and Wellness • Qualifications & experience in Health, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Nutrition, Ayurveda, Yoga, Beauty and/or Massage therapies (ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC or equivalent.) • Excellent English, writing and communication skills • Business acumen, inclusive of Sales & Marketing with ability to drive revenue • Empowered as a role model to inspire others through creativity and communication • Takes ownership in building positive relationships and developing people • Experience working on islands is a plus |
