I am looking for a a couple of passionate, motivated individuals to come and work alongside my team at my facility
I have two positions
- Gym Manager/ Personal Trainer - Full Time - Job spec below
- Part Time Personal Trainer 10-15 hours a week
We are looking to expand our team at Claire Adams Total Health. We are looking for a full time head coach to lead the team and manage day to day operations within the business.
We are looking for someone with some managerial or head coach role experience. Someone who has knowledge and skills to get the best from a team.
You must have a sound understanding of comprehensive health and fitness programmes for clients. A fantastic coach with a real passion to help people and being a team player.
You will receive coaching and training on the systems within the business and how we run our services.
Your role will be making sure the team are providing a fantastic service to our customers and the delivery is at the highest standard possible
You will also be involved in the retention of clients and keeping track of the KPIs in the business.
Required:
Level 3 Personal Training Qualification
Some managerial or leadership experience
Desirable:
Degree in a related subject Sports Science
Pilates/ Yoga Qualified
Managing The Team:
A large part of your role will be managing the team. Making sure staff are providing a high level of service to clients and that that service is being delivered effectively.
Retention:
Retention is a key part of any business and as the lead coach you will be working with the owner to make sure we are doing everything that we can to retain our clients. You will be responsible for keeping a log of KPIs.
Ensure Clients Success:
To ensure clients success in our programmes, you'll need to track weekly progress, current successes snd challenges, review client nutrition and exercise log worksheets, and more on a weekly basis. It will be in your job to hold a client accountable to his/her fitness programme to ensure the best results possible.
Perform fitness assessments:
Ideally, you will have some fitness assessment skills and can test for: body composition, body weight, blood pressure, heart rate and various strength and flexibility tests.
Coach clients through programmes
You will be responsible for weekly exercise sessions and keeping detailed weekly progress reports on the clients you are working with. If a client is having challenges throughout his/her programme, you will coach and motivate them, and make appropriate changes to ensure consistent progress.
Demonstrate proper instruction
I need you to provide proper coaching instruction, and motivation during client training sessions. You should have knowledge of the human body (ie muscles, movements, functions ect), and be able to provide appropriate exercises for clients goals.
Provide ongoing health and fitness education
Our clients rely on us to service all their health and fitness needs. It is your job as a coach to provide your clients with health and fitness education on various topics that empower them to lead healthy lives forever. You will be provided with educational tools and resources, be expected to study them, and speak about them with your clients. We also spend time covering this in weekly staff meetings.
Other Duties
Duties may vary from week to week
Opening Hours 6am - 9.30pm. Saturday 8am - 2pm
You will hold yourself to a high standard and support the team and the CEO
