JOB DESCRIPTION
Focused PT are looking for a new full-time member to join our coaching team, delivering training to our small group PT clients. Operating from our own private studio (based in Swaythling, Southampton), we have the space and equipment perfectly suited to this form of training. As a PT-only studio there is never over-crowding and always a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Our clients work with us at least 3 times per week giving us the opportunity to really have an impact on their fitness and wellbeing long term.
As a salaried role, working with Focused PT provides consistency and security for it’s employees – a rare find within the fitness industry. This role is perfect for individuals who really want to focus on coaching, programming, and delivering an excellent level of service to our clients.

Not only this, but by combining availability as a team, our clients can benefit from access to all the peak training hours without expecting any one staff member to start working in the early morning and continue into the late evening to meet those hours.
All applicants must have completed their level 3 personal training award. Experience delivering strength and conditioning programmes is desirable but not a necessity. The right attitude will be the most important aspect of the successful candidate.
This role is designed to grow with the candidate. As such, applicants looking for something short-term need not apply. Focused PT offers real long-term career progression, but we ask for commitment and consistency for us and for our clients.
