The Circuit Training Instructor course is ideal for existing fitness professionals (those with at least a Level 2 Fitness Instructor certificate) who wish to begin working with groups of clients, increase their exposure to potential personal training clients and boost their earning potential.

This qualification provides fitness professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills to confidently deliver safe and effective studio-based group fitness and outdoor bootcamp training sessions.

If you are not yet qualified as a fitness professional, this course forms part of our Advanced and Master Personal Trainer Diploma packages.

The qualification is recognised in the UK by CIMSPA and around the world by the International Confederation of Registers of Exercise Professionals (ICREPS).

The course consists of online study of the theory and completion of coursework assignment prior to the practical course, with support and guidance from your personal EPTI tutor.

The course concludes with a 1-day practical skills training course and assessment at your preferred choice of our training campuses.

KETTLEBELL INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATE

The Kettlebell Instructor Certificate is ideal for existing fitness professionals (those with at least a Level 2 Fitness Instructor certificate) who wish to master this extremely effective and versatile training methodology.

Kettlebells are increasingly popular - it’s rare to find a gym without at least a couple – and for good reason: with even a single kettlebell and the right knowledge and understanding, you can train yourself and others across a surprisingly large range of modalities, get a full body workout, train for strength, train for speed, train endurance, improve ROM, flexibility… kettlebell training is incredibly effective, and is receiving more and more demand from clients.

SUSPENDED MOVEMENT TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

The Suspended Movement Training (SMT) Instructor course is ideal for existing fitness professionals (those with at least a Level 2 Fitness Instructor certificate) who are looking to take advantage of this increasingly popular and effective training methodology.

Suspended Movement Training, or SMT, is most commonly recognised by the brand name TRX®. The methodology is particularly valuable for personal trainers and their clients, as the equipment is extremely versatile, lightweight, and portable, and allows for very effective full-body workouts – perfect for use in mobile PT and bootcamps, as well as indoors.

If you are not yet qualified as a fitness professional, this course forms part of our Master Personal Trainer Diploma.

The course provides all the necessary knowledge, both physical and coaching skills, and the confidence to use SMT safely and effectively with clients.

Already level 2 certified? Upgrade your qualifications to become an internationally certified personal trainer....

If you are already a REPS level 2 Fitness Instructor, EPTI recognise your prior learning and offer you the opportunity to upgrade your current skills to the your choice of EPTIs Diploma levels and become a Basic, Advanced, or Master Personal Trainer, without having to do or pay for the Fitness Instructor qualification again!

If you believe that you are eligible to enrol on an EPTI PT Upgrade Diploma, please get in touch with a member of our team here. We will check your existing qualification(s) to ensure they meet the required standards.

Please ensure that you provide EPTI with proof of your level 2 certification prior to purchase.

The Diploma delivery is via a blended learning approach. It consists of online home study from the Active IQ e-learning platform, with support and guidance from EPTI tutors every step of the way. It concludes with a 12-day practical course at your preferred training campus.

You have the choice of training at any one of our Mediterranean training campus locations in Dénia, Estepona or Malta. Combination course and accommodation packages are available at our Dénia and Estepona campus locations (see below for more details).

The EPTI PT Upgrade Diplomas are available at Basic, Advanced, and Master Personal Trainer levels, with the exception that this Diploma does NOT include the Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (as you must hold this already). We can therefore offer the same exceptional value packages, minus the level 2 certification, at a reduced price.

You will receive practical coaching that exceeds industry requirements for this certificate, and complete the theoretical and practical assessments with EPTI’s unmatched level of personal support.
Additionally, you will receive free lifetime access to a wide range of valuable and practical tools and resources to use in your work as a certified Personal Trainer.

The qualifications are recognised in the UK by both CIMSPA and the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs); and around the world by the International Confederation of Registers of Exercise Professionals (ICREPS) and provides eligibility for entry on to the Register of Exercise Professionals at level 3 (level 4 in Europe).

COURSE & ACCOMMODATION OPTION
We offer an accommodation package that can be purchased by students wishing to study at either the Dénia or the Estepona campuses. Accommodation is a shared student apartment with your own private bedroom in a well appointed complex.

(Apartments are shared on a same-gender basis, unless otherwise requested.)

This option provides a focused learning atmosphere where you will bond and grow together with your classmates. After the timetabled hours, you will have time to socialise with your fellow PTs-in-training, enjoying the wonderful Spanish culture and climate!

The accommodation package also includes a complementary minibus transfer from Alicante Airport to the campus in Dénia, or from Málaga Airport to the apartments in Estepona for flights arriving before 13:00hrs on the scheduled arrival day of the practical course.
