Clare Muscat Said

I'm Clare Muscat Said from Rabat, Malta. Starting with an athletic background in a majority of sports from gymnastics, basketball, cycling, running, aerobics to weight lifting, molded me to where I am today.

Although having trained weight lifting for the past 30 years, it was my EPTI Personal Trainer Master Diploma course that truly thought me how to help others in reaching their targets and achieve a permanent life change.

Personal training and doing fitness classes are not a hobby, they are my calling to train and motivate others and guide them to the goals they inspire. Once I graduated as a qualified Personal Trainer, I opened my own gym in Rabat called UPFIT.

I care about my clients and there's nothing more important to me then helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong.

I enjoy lifting heavy and train to become as strong as I can and I want to be there for others to show them the benefits of training.
I provide a range of fitness training that are tailored to suit my clients.
