Carlin Polidano

I attended the EPTI Advanced PT Diploma in November 2017 while I was still working as a fireman at Malta International Airport.

In January 2018, I set up Fit Stop Fitness Centre PT studio in Luqa, and began offering PT and fitness classes while still working in my full time job.

As the membership numbers increased, I continued to invest in my fitness business and began to increase the number of personal trainers in my team, employing a number of EPTI graduates. 

In November 2021, I opened the second Fit Stop premises in Paola, a 210m2 gym and quit my job as a firefighter to concentrate on my growing fitness business. I now employ a team of 12 personal trainers and have a membership base of over 230 members.
